Introduction

Hopelink is a Community Action Partnership (CAP) agency that provides programs and services to 85,000 low-income and vulnerable families and individuals for King County in Washington State. Managing these services and tracking clients is central to their success and for their funding.

Every year they address a growing vulnerable population and changing operation requirements. This year, in response to COVID-19, foodbanks became central service that required changes in their operations to address safety and lockdown regulations.

Hopelink leadership recognized they needed a modern client management solution built specifically for CAP agencies, their operations, and their reporting standards to be truly responsive.

Outcomes

The new system, HopeLink365, is used by 600 employees and volunteers within Hopelink and is used to administer, manage and analyze all their clients over every service they provide-- all on one platform. Together with O365, Sharepoint, and Teams, the entire Hopelink team is working together seamlessly.
